Once upon a time, my parents taught me the subtleties of managing finances and growing wealth. I quickly realised not everyone has was as fortunate. So, I decided to make it my mission to share my financial know-how with the world (well, Malaysia, at least).

After sharpening my financial chops as an Assistant Equity Researcher at Credit Suisse for three years, I took the plunge to see what its like on the other side of the table. I joined the Securities Commission of Malaysia. In my current role as an Assistant Manager, gaining fascinating insights into the world of investment management, retirement landscape, while dabbling into alternative investments and sustainability efforts.

But enough about my day job. When I'm not busy shaping policies, I'm a passionate advocate for financial awareness, especially for young adults. I believe that everyone, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to secure our future. And that starts with understanding the basics of finance, from saving and investing to insurance and retirement planning.
